Waiting in line on last day of the month to get an inspection. Have come here multiple times before, albeit not the last day of the month. Always a good, simple process. Today, the very friendly hostess/attendant, Elleni, came out with cookies for those of us waiting in line! Great, friendly, service all around.

We come to Yates for most of our auto repairs and inspections and are never disappointed. They are friendly and provide quality service. Bonus - when you are waiting for your car to be repaired or inspected, the lovely staff inside the shop will offer you complementary beverages. Ellina, especially, was so kind and welcoming. I’ve taken my car to get serviced at Yates ever since I’ve lived here. Inspection and emissions are quick and easy, and you get a coupon for a free car wash afterwards. Elleni was very sweet and offered me cookies while I waited. Highly recommend!
