Luis is amazing, kind, and professional.

I accidentally came late, around 4:40, had no idea they closed inspection center at 5:30. Luis, instead of turning all the excess cars away, made sure that every single person got their car taken care of. I left at 7pm and I am truly grateful of a place that cares so much about their customers.

Luis completed my yearly car inspection efficiently, professionally, and courteously. I will be back to get my car inspected again next year.

I was stranded 3 hrs from home and Luis and Thomas helped me out, made me feel comfortable and were very knowledgeable. Efficient and the store is clean! I got in that long inspection line expecting it to take forever but they were about their business and it didn't take long at all! The employees are so welcoming. Especially Eleeni, who was such a sweetheart and helped me get some coffee while I waited. I'll be going back.

Eleeni was great! My boyfriend and I were waiting in line for his car inspection and she came out to give us cookies and coffee. Little things like this come a long way!
