Had a wonderful experience, customer service is terrific. We were directed here after a broken antenna during a car wash. Newman understood our concerns and situation since the vehicle is used for work, he provided thorough support and solution. We felt very well informed and that our problem was left in very competent hands!

Today I went to Yates Express Lupe and I got the most amazing service as I always do. Today I came to get an oil change and Alonzo was very professional, knowledgeable & polite!!! He made sure that all of my tires had enough air in them and if they didn't he made sure to put air in my tires. He also checked my battery and let me know that my battery was in great condition. I would recommend going to Yates Express Lupe and ask for Alonzo. Everyone there is amazing!! They deserve 10 stars!!

My son bought his first car in hopes of passing his drivers test. We went to practice driving and his tire pressure light came on. We drove right to Yates. Alonzo was there and had my son pull up to a bay. I told him my son was just learning. Alonzo asked my son if he knew how to fill tires yet. When my son said no, he invited Daniel to learn! He showed him on the first tire, helped him on the second then supervised on the last two. My son learned a wonderful skill and felt very accomplished. What a way to give a kid some confidence!! Alonzo taking the time to pass on knowledge to a stranger was just wonderful. Such a great guy! We took his picture and will be bringing him and the gates team some cookies!! Thank you Alonzo !!!!

Honestly don't think I've ever been to an auto shop this friendly and straightforward. They told me exactly what my options were and didn't try to overcharge me on anything. Highly recommend.

Many thanks to Mr. Floyd & Mr. Milton with getting that foggy film off my headlamps for improved night vision on my 2012 Genesis. In short order, I was back on the road with stellar night vision, riding high while seeing mo' better. Marvelous and quick service, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!.
