I have nothing but good things to say about Yates Express Lube! I have been there each year for my inspection for the past 3 years and each time the customer service has been simply outstanding. Numan and Storm helped me today, first with with my inspection/emissions testing at which time they let me know my tires needed replacement due to cracking. After recommending the best tires for my vehicle/needs, they were able to order the tires and replace them the very same day. If you decide to wait there while your vehicle is being serviced, there is a small sitting area inside the attached air-conditioned convenience store to relax and purchase some snacks/drinks if you'd like. They are thorough, happy to help you understand the problems with your vehicle, and their positive energy is infectious from time of intake to time of check out!

Brought my car in for safety inspection. Crack in windshield would not pass. Left the car overnight and Yates had the windshield replaced and inspection done the following afternoon. Very convenient.

I always have good experiences at Yates. Today Mr. Storm was very efficient when he conducted my safety inspection. The customer in front of me was confused about the inspection process but Mr. Storm was very patient and kind to her. I really appreciated that he wore a mask and gloves during our interaction. He wiped down the inside and outside of my car with antibacterial wipes after he finished my inspection.

Storm made my car’s safety inspection quick and painless! I’ve been going to Yates for years and trust them to take excellent care of my vehicle. Bonus: The garage is walking distance to Dairy Queen if your wait is longer than a few minutes :)

Went for a VA state inspection at about 10:30 am on Sat. Only one other car in line when I arrived but a few more showed up after. Quick service. Took proper care with vehicle and with masks/gloves. Wiped car down when completed.

Excellent service and friendly staff. I needed my tires filled with air but I noticed the air machine across the pumps didn't work. A nice gentleman named Storm had me come around and took care of filling my tires for me.

Rhoutine oil change jumped from $95 to $119 with the price of oil being at an all time low. The huge increase is gouging. I have been a customer since moving out here 4 years ago but I'm taking my business elsewhere along with the other 3 vehicles in my household.
