The customer service and integrity of the people at Yates Express Lube has been top-notch since my wife and I started using them over two years ago. They get us in and out as fast as possible with quality work, and they are completely transparent about their prices, work load that day, and other matters. When their oil prices went up, their employee proactively told me so that I could make the most informed choice about where to go for the oil change. Their company ethos was exemplified two weeks ago when I was on-site to get my tires filled and Yates himself showed up with lunch for the staff. I went out of my way to express appreciation for their service and quality, and he immediately offered me some of the food he had brought. "You're part of the team," he said when I told him I didn't want to take food from the staff. That's an attitude every CEO and company should have. The reason I gave them a "4" instead of a "5" is because of their prices. We do go elsewhere for some vehicle maintenance because of their prices.

Many thanks to Mr. Rodney and his crew at Yates Sunoco. Pulled in with a scraping noise under my 2012 Genesis. In short order, I was back on the road with no issues as they resecured a cover that had come loose. Marvelous and quick service, highly recommended.

Really great, efficient and fast service. Staff was extremely polite. I'll be back! There's a land you pull up in for the service. Hop out, fill out a clipboard. It was over and I didn't even realize they'd started.
