Wife went for State Inspection this morning . Inspector was fast, efficient and helpful. There was a line, as we waited too close to the end of the month, but the man was busting his butt to accommodate his customers. Very pleased with Yates!

I experienced a failed valve core on one of my tires after my tire pressure light illuminated. Numan and the folks at Yates helped me by immediately replacing the broken core and filled up my tire to the appropriate psi. I wouldnt have been able to drive my car without their assistance. They were professional and a big help.

My first visit here because I was in the neighborhood and I needed to complete my vehicle safety inspection. I stopped by and I had a memorable experience. Storm was the technician and he was so kind, professional, and friendly. Storm also cleaned off the left over glue from an old phone mount on my windshield. Seriously--my experience at Yates was like turning back the clock to the 1940s-- to another time when a person pulls up to a fuel station and they treat you in the most welcoming of manners. Thank you! This is a rarity in our fast paced world! Lastly, the service station had a store with restrooms and a small area to sit. I had my inspection complete in a timely manner and I also received a free car wash coupon for a store across the street. I highly recommend!

Went to Yates today for my Emissions and State Vehicle inspection. They were efficient and clear with me. Plus, they give you a free car wash coupon which was an added bonus! Definitely would recommend to others.
