At nearly EVERY other car place I've been, SOMEONE has tried to oversell me on something or was not honest with me and thought I wouldn't know. It was extremely refreshing to get the opposite here! Honest people who know how to do the job!

I just had a great experience at Yates. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I had an issue with my car and they were able to help me figure out the problem and resolve the situation quickly. This is the second time I’ve been here for service and will definitely be coming back again.

I could not speak higher of the customer service and care from the staff at this shop. As a short recap, I took my car in, was suddenly hospitalized, had a friend sign off on ALL of the work that needed to be done (no, those were NOT the instructions given btw), have the work subsequently done, was working on getting out of the hospital when I got the total (which was Essentially double what I had briefly discussed with a mechanic there and then budgeted for), and then I freaked out. Yeah, I pretty much just had a full life breakdown. I've had the worst 3 years of my life and am FINALLY starting to get back to doing the whole life thing again, and then this. I was already calling in a favor on the initial budget, so this was just not feasible. Upwards of 1300 dollars just was not something I could afford. I would have literally had to gift them my vehicle, until.....SIMON!?! Not all heroes wear capes is right, some wear a mechanics shirts. Seriously. This savior heard the situation and understood it was just the circumstances at hand, and obviously I would not have chose to have work done and then not have the means to pay, all while ignoring them for almost a week because I was hospitalized. So he calmed me and my nerves and took some time to work with me to get to a point that was more manageable. Not only were they incredibly kind, warm, and efficient when I dropped by car off, but to have someone truly see you as a human and also treat you like one is pretty much unheard of anymore. I honestly cannot tell you what an incredible difference it has made having a safe and working vehicle and not having to sell my soul for it. I do promise that it also came back in fantastic condition. I am EXTREMELY PARTICULAR when it comes to my car and this was the first time I got it back from a shop and didn't feel like I was already making a new list of things to fix. I truly give them 10 stars and the ultimate praise. Please help support businesses like these. Ones That take pride in their work AND Ability to impact their community. Thank you again SIMON, you deserve a raise and a pension!!
