I come here for my VA state inspection, I usually wait inside the store while they do the inspection and Elleni is so kind and welcoming when I enter . She gives off good energy. The store is clean and organized.

Yates is such a local gem! Easy access and such friendly staff! I came for an oil change but what I got was a warm welcome in, attentive service and a lovely coffee. Can’t recommend it enough for quick fixes like inspections and oil changes.

Stopped for an emissions test, they are very organized but can be a wait if you come at peak hours. The gas station attendant, Ellani, was very friendly and helpful while I waited. Overall good experience!

This was my first experience with this business and hopefully not the last. Everyone I encountered from the service techs to the cashier was professional, helpful and courteous. Ms. Elleni was especially sweet and kind, offering refreshments including her special “organic water” she made me. Everyone there made an excellent first impression. Look forward to coming back! :)
