Luis was great

Had inspection done and Luis was very thorough and professional. I wish I remembered the wonderful Lady that worked inside the store area, anyway she brought us complimentary cookies for waiting and offered coffee or tea inside. The business treats customers right. They'll always have my business, weather it be gas, oil change or inspection. Oh I forgot to mention the free car wash. I mean come on people, name me another business that goes out of their way to earn your business.

I got my state and emissions inspection and the mechanics were friendly and the service was excellent. I even got a discount grabbing breakfast next door. An excellent example of partnership between local businesses. I would highly recommend Yates for car care needs.

Good value, friendly staff, efficient. Have been pleased with all services so far, inspections, oil changes, routine maintenance. Planning to try them out for repairs instead of going to the dealer.

I am new to Virginia, and I went to Yates for my safety and emissions inspections. I chose them based on Google reviews and a recommendation from my neighbor. I mistakenly thought they did inspections until 7:00pm and went over too late the first time, but the employees who spoke to me were very courteous and said I could come back at 7:30am the next day. The next morning I interacted with Dylan and Luis to get my inspections done, and they were both courteous, as well. Thanks to them, the visit was easy and efficient. I will definitely be back when my vehicles are in need of their services.
