On the last day of the month (I know, dumb), I had to get my car inspected. I went to Yates Express Lube for the first time ever and it was wonderful! They had someone walk down the line, which was a little bit long (of course) to make sure everyone knew what they were in line for, and when my turn came they took my car, did the inspection, no nonsense, but lots of kindness. I will be going back!

I have been getting inspections at another garage for 20 years. I used Yates this time because they open earlier and I was in a hurry. I watched the tech inspect everything that normally gets inspected but it only took half as long. He didn’t seem to be rushing through it, there just wasn’t any waste of time

I love this place. Been coming here for over 10 years and went to the Rosemont location for almost 10 years before that. They are super knowledgeable, empathetic, and efficient.
