I took my car to Yates Kingstown for an Emissions Check. It was a very efficient operation. They even brought water and cookies out as you waited in line.

I came in for a State and emission inspection My service was timely completed. The retail store gas station customer service representative, Elleni was informative and kind. She is an exceptional representative of your business. She is the reason why I will return for my other automobile service needs.

I wish to highlight Elena for her great customer service to those of us that were waiting for state inspection. The line was quite long, but Elena graciously brought out to us her delicious cookies and beverages. She was so nice and friendly the whole time and I truly thank her for her hospitality during that process. Thank you so much, Elena!!

Efficient! Pleasant!

I had a state inspection due the next day and was done within 20 minutes, very fast and nice staff loved it!

I just had the most wonderful experience on a monday morning. I got there very early to get my state inspection so I could get home back to work. They have the most pleasant, person working at the convenience store who offered me a free cup of coffee and a cookie.While I wait. I don't nee d breakfast so I didn't have the cookie, but I had a nice, really good black coffee. I was pleasantly surprised to see that I thought they would open at 7:30. But they got there early at 705, and I was literally out of their by seven thirty five. They do quick and thorough work. They have very pleasant people to deal with. They are on time and I enjoyed a free cup of coffee and now my wife gets to I have a free car wash what a place. What a start to my week.

I have brought both my wife and my cars here for our inspection and emissions and each time has been worth it. You do have to wait in line, but they take care of you while you do. They bring paperwork to your car to help expedite the process. You also get a free fountain drink while you wait. Elleni also makes amazing cookies and brought them out to us in line. She is also amazingly kind to us when we go into the store while waiting as well. The service technicians are also very professional and make sure the job is done right. I will be bringing both our cars here for any future work.

The tech who worked on my car went above and beyond. Saved me a big headache with a tire. Staff inside the store also very pleasant and helpful.

I was at this shop for my car’s state inspection. Very reasonable price and Technicians are very good. While waiting for my car to be inspected, Elleni was around to offer cookies. Nice teamwork. I recommend this shop.
