Honestly, I've always had a nice experience coming here for my oil changes and basic maintenance needs. But one of the current managers took the experience way beyond that. Shout out to Mr. Luis Godoy for his excellent customer service. I made it there a little past 5:30pm (their cutoff time) at about 5:43 just to inquire about inspection prices for my Acura and come back the next day but Mr. Godoy said, "don't worry, let's get it done today so you don't have to come back tomorrow, come on in"... and I mean... do I even need to say anything else past that? Who does that nowadays?🔥

A huge thank you to Luis and Nick at the Kingstowne location. They assisted me on my balding and cracked tires as well as my state vehicle inspection. Great & honest customer service.

Came in for a VA state inspection at Yates Express Lube on my Tesla. The wait was a bit long, but that was due to high demand and not the staff’s fault. They were working hard to keep things moving. I appreciated the professionalism and courtesy from everyone, especially Luis. Despite the wait, I left impressed with the service. Recommend this place for anyone needing a VA inspection or general auto care. Will definitely use again in near future.

I had a great experience with Yates Express Lube in Kingstowne, Alexandria . Luis and Dylan had great customer service. The service was quick, and the billing was transparent. I have no doubt that I will come back.
