I received excellent customer service today. When I arrived for an inspection, I was greeted by the lovely Ms. Elena who offered me freshly. Asked. Ollie’s and a beverage. She was very pleasant and accounted. The staff are all so friendly and custo fo used. I feel confident placing my vehicle in their hands for any.needed service.

Fantastic customer service from the whole Yates team! My inspector was Luishis expertise, professionalism and efficiency were top notch and he did a great job. The other employees in both the shop and convenience store were also very personable and made a long wait pleasant, and the free fountain drink was very refreshing on a hot day (Im not complaining about the waitthats just what happens when you wait until the 30th to get your inspection done lol). Customer service like this is what keeps me coming back!

I went to Yates for a state inspection. The wait was long, my own fault for waiting to the very end of the month, but they moved the cars very quickly and were super nice! Professional from start to finish. I would defiantly go back!
