I always come here for my car inspection, and have had work done here as well. Always super professional, free coffee and a free carwash. Luis was exceptional with my inspection today, pointed out that the place that did my alignment did not tighten the bolts on my front right wheel. There was a lot of wiggle and he was able to hand tighten/loosen it. Been in Kingstowne for over 5 years now and employees like Luis is exactly why I keep coming back time and time again.

1st Time VA Vehicle Inspection Customer — Awesome customer service! Arrived at 730a and was 2nd in line. Luis my technician was patient and knowledgeable explaining what was needed for Virginia vehicle registration. Elleni in-store customer service was unmatched with the complementary coffee and conversation while I waited. I will be back for more future services.

Came in for an Oil change and Alex & Team had me out in 15 minutes as promised. Went inside the store for a morning coffee and Elleni met me before I could even open the door with a tray of cookies in hand and helped me brew my coffee and was a joy to be around!
