Love this place, not only are they experts at car repair, maintenance, etc, the folks here are professional in every instance I have dealt with them.They are very efficient and make the experience so easy. Myself and my family have been using Yates for many years.

Above par quality of service at Kingstowne Yates! I only went in for a state inspection, which they not only completed in less than 30 minutes (with one other customer in front of me!), however, they treated me to a free cup of coffee AND a free car wash at the Yates Car Wash across Kingstowne Blvd. I've gone to this location for quick fixes before (e.g., flat tires, dead batteries) but they ALWAYS take great care of me...and other customers as well. Great job, Yates team!

My tire had a leak and needed to be repaired. After calling 2 other places that essentially gave me the run around just to plug a tire, I stopped by Yates and they were extremely accommodating. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and it only took 20 minutes. I'll definitely be returning!

I normally go out of my to get oil change & inspection to a place I know & like but wanted something closer so started reading reviews for places close to me. Yates had the best reviews of all. So I decided to go with the reviews & give them a try. From the moment I drove up the were so nice & helpful. The service is awesome. And they give free coffee/soda to those customers getting auto work. Another star in my book. Who gives anything free away anymore!! Very refreshing for sure!! I gave them a second chance and wanted to update my review. I've been very impressed the last few visits. I'll keep going back because it's fair price and quick/decent service. Just had one weird bad experience that I can chaulk up as an anomaly.

I had my VA inspection done at Yates Kingstowne Express Lune, the staff is really friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this place to get done anything that your car needs.

I highly recommend Yates Express Lube! I have had my oil changed there for my Kia Forte for the past 5 years. Not knowing anything about cars myself-- these guys are amazing to me. They take their time to explain everything and answer my questions. Wednesdays are ladies day! 5$ off! You also receive a free fountain drink/coffee, car wash coupon, and they vacuum out your car as they work on it! I will continue to come here and recommend it to anyone! Shout out to Alonzo aka the black Brett! You are awesome! Thank your excellent service.

Really great service.

I like this place. Went on a Saturday afternoon. Service was very fast! I got the part-synthetic W-20 oil change, plus air filter and cabin air filter change for $166. That's not bad. And you get a free ultimate car wash at Yate's carwash nearby, which is a value of $24. All it all, it was standard charges with some perks, but very fast service. Hell, I'd definitely come back. Alex, the service tech, was super nice. He showed me how dirty my air filters were.

This is my second oil change with Yates. They were quick, and polite and not pushy like other places. They quickly pulled up my last service, and finished this service in no time! I will be going back.
