The team at Yates is very professional and very considerate of my busy schedule. They got my inspection done over my lunch break and they were done before I could place an order for lunch. Highly recommend them!
I stopped in to get a state inspection and was so impressed with everyone I worked with. Willie checked me in and got my car seen right away. The whole team was super professional, quick, and explained everything clearly. I recieved a free car was because of my service and found the same professionalism and kindness there as well. O would recommend them to anyone looking for a quick and welcoming location.
My first time here and everyone was nice and very helpful. Rodney (tech), did a great job getting me out quicker than expected and he even vacuumed out my car. They made suggestions for what I needed to have done in the future and I also received a free car wash and drink while I waited. They also do state inspections, so I will be going back next month for that.
I absolutely love the service I received from here! I took my car in for an oil change and I am so glad I did. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the gentleman working there who took his time to explain everything to me step by step. Everyone was extremely friendly! The one gentleman helping me even took the time to play and distract my baby as I filled out some paperwork. I waited for about 20mins for the service and was offered a free cup of coffee which was great. When I picked up my car it was vacuumed and I even received a free car wash. I will def continue taking my car here for service and will recommend it to all my family and friends. Great customer service!!!

Best oil change experience ever. Stayed in my car the whole time and so I didn't have to take the baby out of the car seat. The whole job took about 10 minutes, they vacuumed out my vehicle, and a car wash was included. No need to sit in a waiting room for an hour with a toddler and nothing but a water cooler and old car magazines for comfort (my experience elsewhere)! Amazing...especially for the busy mom.
We have used Yates for oil changes, tire repairs, and emissions testing and have always received superior service. Last weekend we had two flats and bent rims from an accident with road debris and Yates fixed both tires and rims in record time. We were back on the road within an hour. I would recommend Yates for newer drivers, especially those that have little experience with routine service. The Yates team has never recommended unnecessary work and even took the time to explain the routine maintenance processes to my daughter. A great place for your car needs. The free coffee and cat wash were nice perks.
